I’m 21 years old. I have been overweight all my life. I used to eat just to eat. My highest weight is 183. A year ago, I was at 182 and reduced my calories to 1000 a day and exercised. I lost 25 pounds in 4 months, kept the weight off for 2 months, and then gained most of it back. I’m starting again and this time I am going to set goals for myself and keep myself accountable by posting here. I want to go from 175 to 125. Check back for progress!
Also: I AM NOT PRO-ANA/MIA. Please don’t criticize me for being either of these things, because I’m not. I don’t mind those who are, but I am trying to do this the healthy way :)
